When you use Grantly, we collect information you submit through the eligibility form, including your email address, business name, location, industry, employee count, revenue range, energy profile, and optional certifications. We also store your program match results and payment status.
How we use it
We use your information to generate eligibility matches, process payments through Stripe, provide your report, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
Payments are processed by Stripe. Data is stored using Supabase. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies.
Retention
We retain submission and payment records as needed to provide your report, handle support requests, and maintain business records.
